IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION:
This certificate or any other certificate you may receive from this ministry is not an endorsement from Theophostic Prayer Ministry of you or a statement of your ability to do this ministry. No person in the world is certified, licensed, or credentialed to do Theophostic Prayer Ministry. Any certificate that you may receive from Theophostic Prayer Ministry is simply a certificate that states that you have completed the book work required in the Basic Training. This certificate does not state that Theophostic Prayer Ministry has verified your completion, but only that you have stated with your word that you have read all required texts and have watched all required DVDs. Please do not present yourself in any venue or to any person that you are certified or endorsed by Theophostic Prayer Ministry.

Basic Training Completion Registration Procedure
Register as an Individually
To receive your certificate of completion seal you should have fulfilled all of the requirements for the Theophostic Prayer Ministry Basic Training which include:
1) Watched all Basic Seminar sessions on 8 DVDs 2007 edition
2) Read the Basic Seminar Manual 2007 edition
3) Read Basic Seminar Student Workbook 2007 edition
4) Watched all 7 Live Ministry Demonstrations Sessions on DVD and read Student Workbook
5) Read chapter six from "Healing Life's Hurts Through Theophostic Prayer" book
6) Completed either the online test/review or the tests given in the 16 Week Study Guide program.
If you have fulfilled these requirements then you are entitled to a Gold Seal of Completion to affix to the certificate your received with your training manual. This will be mailed to you when you complete the following form.
